Digital goods

Because Founder Packs and memberships are digital goods that are delivered instantly, all sales are final. However, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• The item was never delivered to your game account, or
• You have not played any ranked matches since purchase, or
• The service was materially broken at the time of purchase.

Membership subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate mid-period.
